Yes, everyone that works for Better Maids speaks English!
- Do your Employees speak English?
- Do you supply everything?
Yes, as long as you have electricity and water we can clean your home.
- How far in advance do I need to schedule services?
We will try our best to fulfill your request of same day services however, at least 24-48 hours ahead of time is ideal.
No charge - we will reschedule, we know you are busy.
- What if I miss my appointment?
- Does someone always have to be home while cleaning?
If you will not be home, please call to provide the information required to obtain access. You can provide the keys, hide the key or provide us with the access code.
- Will I get the same person or team every time?
We will have the same crew leader come to your home each time, they may have a different helper with them from time to time. Occasionally, due to illness or the like, an alternate team leader may have to come but the helper will be someone who's been to your home before.
- What if I am unhappy with the service I receive?
Then please call us. We will gladly listen to your complaints or concerns, and will do everything we can to fix the problem. Should an area of your home or office not be cleaned to satisfaction, we will quickly return to clean it for free.
- What if something is damaged during the service provided?
We treat your home with complete care and respect. However, should damage or breakage occur while we are cleaning, the Better Maid Cleaning Service in the Local Area will make every effort to repair or if necessary, replace the item. When appropriate, insurance claims will be filed. We are fully bonded and insured so that should the unfortunate happen we have it taken care of.
- Do I have to do anything before the cleaning?
In order to give you the greatest value, you should take a few minutes the night before to pick up clothing, important documents, toys and other personal household items. However we understand that you are busy, so if needed, we will handle it, that's why you hired us.
